Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

My boss continues to take 100.00 per week out of my check for paying subcontractors when I forget to measure something or forget to write something down to make the job go smoother. I wear a bunch of different hats at my job,therefore it is very easy to forget something when I have soo much to remember. Is this legal to do.
