How do i know if my boss is harassing me?

Since the company i work for has changed bosses this new boss is telling me if i don't lose weight i will be fired. when i was hired i was over weight and my weight doesn't affect my work. i sit behind a desk all day. and its not just me he's has threaten to fire because of there weight.....thank you

Unless the job necessitates a certain body type (like a one seat jet fighter plane), then those comments are inappropriate. However, not knowing the industry in which you work makes it difficult to give a usable legal opinion. But no matter what line of work you are in, YOU MUST HAVE EVIDENCE OTHER THAN JUST YOUR WORD....EITHER OTHERS HAVE BEEN TOLD THE SAME THING AND WILL TELL THE TRUTH, OR OTHERS HAVE HEARD WHAT WAS SAID TO YOU AND WILL TESTIFY TRUTHFULLY. Also, if you are not fired, then it would be a different type of sexual harrassment.
