Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

My boss has 4 women who have complained about me for things that they are doing. She believed them without the benefit of an investigation and subsequently stopped me from getting a promotion. She's continued to tout that I am a "unethical, liar, and gossiper" to several of my colleages and one in particular right in front of me. She also calls me a liar on the walkie talkie while others are listening. She's brought me into her office several times for little communication break downs and today she caught me making a mistake on a time card. She knew what time I arrived because she'd asked me to be there but I made a human error and put one hour later because of the stress I was under. The constant berrating, the constant bringing me into her office about insignificant things that are taken out of context or untrue is taking it's toll on my work enviornment which is already stretched thin. I am expected to soley push 4 semi of frieght out, re-work over half the store fixtures each month, set up over 15 new fixtures, mark down over 4000 clearance items each month, organize all backstock in a dock that had no air conditioning, and be up at the front for 4 hours of every shift to say hi to customers. All that and not go over 40 hours a week. I am stretched thin. In fact I have lost over 30 pounds, and my health (once good) has weakened so badly that I can barely do my job anymore because of the pain. I ask you, how in the world can a company like Kohls allow this kind of management style? I need help because today she had me fill out an associate statement which read at the bottom "for litigation purposes." Honestly, I think because these 4 women have a problem she wants me gone. She rejected my resignation and asked me to stay less than a week ago. I agreed, but today I was so completely broadsided. I don't know what to do.

You can quit. It isn't easy to prove a hostile working environment and there usually has to be violation of constitutional rights in some form.
