breach of contract and what else???

At my work we had a set back 2 years ago.We shut down 2 plants within the plant.During this process we had to cut our work force.We rolled back by senoirity.I was one of the ones rolled back.By now a whole bunch of people have quit ,fired are retired.I have not yet moved up.Instead the company has taken people less senoir to me and gave them more money and a better job.My contract states senoirty rules everything.And these are jobs which I am qualified for.I am not the only one they are doing this to.We just went to get legal advice and it was told that we have them with breach of contract under section 301. I was looking into discrimination.And we have black and white involved ,so its not a color issue.They are doing to us because we all are the bad apples of the bunch.They are picking on who they want.And hoping that we will Quit.Any other angle that someone might know.Thanks

Analyze the age of those being passed over to see if there is an age discrimination question.
