Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
We have a church daycare with 30 employees in the state of Louisiana. Can we offer them comp time in lieu of overtime and if so at what rate? Are there specific laws that I can refer to regarding this matter?

If they are salaried you can offer comp time rather than overtime.
