i work for company A thru company B
company A has a direct position opening i would like to apply for
i have no contract with company B what so ever...
If i apply for the position at company A can company B prevent them from hiring me because of a agreement between company A and B.. I understand that they may have a can not recruit agreement but they are not recruit me.. im applying on my own
company A is based in CA
company B is based in MS
im based in Lousiana

No. If you never had a contract with that company, they can't stop you.
