Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

Would it be considered illegal if a person is on salary.....and during the hours they are suppossed to be working the salary job, are working an entirely different job, making an hourly wage?

It isn't "illegal". The police aren't going to arrest someone for that. It is something that should get that person fired, regardless of whether they are salaraied or hourly.
