Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

Earlier today I confronted my manager and coworker at a New Orleans restaurant for smoking marijuana at work on Sunday and getting a sixteen year old so high her speech was slurred. The manager quickly sent me home and didn't even try to defend against my accusation. The owner called me later and said that because I caused such an inconvenience my services were no longer needed. Do I have a case?

Louisiana is a right to hire/right to fire state. They do not have to have a reason to let you go. You could be eligible for unemployment.
