Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
If an employee notifies employer about quiting and does not take the 2 week notice and decided to work till a replacement is found. After replacment is found 3 days after notice was givin, employee is saying she/he was terminated?

You are terminated when you quit or when you are fired. There is no requirement that you must be allowed to work for any time period.
