Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
If an employee quits his job and moves to another state before picking up final paycheck, how do we legally mail him his final check when his new address does not match the address on file?

If he provided a new address in writing then it should go to the updated address otherwise it should be sent to his last known address.
