Can an employer that advertises a position with 30 days paid trainning require you to pay it back

It is not unusual for employers who pay for training to reqiure reimbursement of that training if the employee does not stay with the company for a certain time, like a year. That is fairly standard. However, you should have been informed of that prior to taking the training.
