Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

Can an employer take away my earned sick time. Knock it down to zero, change the the amount of paid time hours hours you earn per pay period without any warning, meeting , memo or a policy change .

There is no requirement that an employer provide any of those benefits. If you contracted for those benefits in lieu of other compensation, then you may be able to recover in a court action.
