Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

A employer has not paid me for my services . I have a notarized promissory note from him . I would like to know what options I have . Thanks

You probably have 2 options. Your best option is to file suit under Louisiana's Wage Payment Statute and seek all unpaid wages, penalties and attorney's fees. You other option would be to enforce the promissory note.
