employer responsibility

my daughter got a staff infection and had it treated...when she went back to work, she found out 3 other people have it ...is this work related is her job liable to pay her bill.

No lawyer can tell you whether it is work related. You need to have your local health unit or the coroner's office send someone out to check out the workplace.
