Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

Do employers in Louisiana have a responsibility to give breaks from repetitive motion type tasks such as pizza making ( lots of spinning using shoulder and wrist motions)and I'm talking about 400 to 700 a day causing increasing shoulder pain.

Federal law mandates two 15 minute breaks and a 1/2 hour lunch break when working an 8 hour day.
