My boss has been comspiring to fire me since 8/29/08. They have been trying to find reasons to write me up because after 3 it is termination. They want to keep me long enough to find another employee but want to make sure I'm gone before my 90 days so they will not have to pay unemployment. My boss left her emial up one day and I actually saw a letter stating this. I did print it out, is that considered an illegal action? I want to know if I have a case against them?

What you did is illegal, but understandable. However, you have only be working there for less than 90 days? Why would you want to work there? They should be able to terminate you for any reason that is not racial, ethnic, religious gender etc related.
