Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
If an existing garnishment was setup with court orders stating the $393.00 biweekly amount for figuring the amount to garn, do we have to change the amount to $435.00 with the new minimum wage increase or would we have to wait until we receive new court orders?

A court order cannot be changed without another court order.
