Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
I was fired from my job and wanted to get my personal information and files off my work pc. Mostly because my bank account is linked to my work email. Do I have the right to get that information off the pc i used while I worked for my former employer.

You do have certain rights, but because you could do more than just obtain your information, you should change your bank access by computer using another computer and thereby you stop anyone from using your former work computer to access your account.
