I am paid salary and meet most
exempt requirements of the executive
section of the FLSA. Except for that I
am frequently performing the duties of
jobs I would normally manage because
in this business we are never fully
staffed and managers are required to
make up the slack. I read that these
duties shouldn't exceed 20% and for
many managers it is more like 90%.
Most of our managers are working 70+
hours a week.
