Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
I just found that I was given a poor review in our work system but was never actually given one in person. Is there any recourse that I can have on the company? I'm not sure if they forged it but was never presented to me which I am supposed to sign it. At that time a manager was there that did not like me to say the least bc I ask a district manager about some shady business. For two years my time there was bad and I in general had a great work record and ethics. If it was he who did that do I have any legal standing. My reviews affect promotions.

You are not describing anything which would allow legal recourse against your employer.
