Harrassment and a hostile work enviroment

I would like the what grounds are there to sue an employer for harrassment in the work place and having to work in a hostile work enviroment.

If the employer is harassing you and you are working in a hostile environment, then you can sue. What amounts to harassment and hostile environment depends on the individuals involved, and their actions, and reactions.
