Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
I went to human resources because one of the managers told her staff not to speak to me because one of the people I work closely with filed a petty complaint. I am tired of being given the cold shoulder and I'm tired of the ugly looks and general attitude. I've complained to HR about the way I'm being treated and was rebuffed twice being told that things will have to iron themselves out. I can't take this kind of behavior and Human Resources has not been helpful. They've also told Human Resource that my complaints about their behaviors are false and apparently HR believes them even though I have witnesses. What do I do? I can't take this gang of witches anymore!

Probably your only avenue is to ignore them or quit. The statutes protect against discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual harrassment, but not against office disputes.
