Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

It is illegal for an employer to harass and frequently question an employee regarding prescription medication that they take? Taking the medication does not interfere with their job duties.

An employer cannot harrass an employee sexually or because of a physical handicap, race or religion. Constant questioning about medication may make the workplace uncomfortable but it doesn't seem to rise to illegal harrassment.
