Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

job bullying

i was wondering what can be done about a manager always targeting me with lies, being rude, giving me less time to do my work, not acknowleging my work, always calling me out (anything i do, she thinks is wrong and instead of addressing me, she talks about me behind my back or brings it up in our meeting. she seems to have a racist side, she favors, and lies on you. let me know how to go about handeling this, because i think she wants me to quit or get fired and she's wants to be the reason for it. i am at the point of quiting or getting fired

Re: job bullying

Your dilema sounds serious. Unfortunately, I have so many questions to ask you that it cannot be done here. I suggest you find an attorney in the 70356 zip code area that will sit with you and ask all the questions I believe need answering. Do not allow yourself to be fired.
