Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
When I took my job in Jan, my company sent me to a training and had me sign a contract saying that if I left the company before 3 years, I had to reimburse them the cost, prorated based on my time employed with them. The entire time I worked for them i was a part time employee. Am I liable for the difference of the training costs?
