A Different Kind of Harassment

I am afraid to go to work since I went to lunch with two people she hates. We had a meeting, she told me not to follow bad influences and named the worker i went to lunch with. That worker and I had a discussion about the conversation I and my boss had and put slander charges on her (they've had problems before)The conversation started because she obviously fixed it so I couldn't go to lunch until after 12pm & I told her and mention the ''bad influences'' My boss called me in her office the next day & She called me mentally unstable (I had an anxiety problem which was never a problem at work) discused my medical history to other employees, threatened to fire me for no reasonable excuse, torn me down until I cried. She does this to lots of employees. The administration are good friends and tells everyone he doesn't have time to deal with it. There is a lot more to this story. I'm terrified of losing the job I love. Should I seek legal advice before going through my ''chain of comand'' with complaints?
