what laws are there regarding plat time off such as 14 day on 1 off exc.

hi I am working a turnaround an a chimichal plant and am required to be present all 46 days with no unequesd absent (docter , leagle ,vehical with ricet ) there are no days off is this even leagle

You said with no unexcused absences....turnarounds are different animals then normal work conditions....so, I would say yes....if you do not like the work requirements, then get another job that better fits your needs, wants and desires...
