Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

Is it legal for a company to make you take a type of payment that will cost you money to get your cash? My son's employer has now stated that everyone will be paid with a pay card. They are not given the option to get a paper check or direct deposit. To get cash from the pay card costs money and that is the only way for him to put money into his checking account. I just does not seem right that they are only letting them get paid this way which is a cost to them.

Sorry, I never heard of this......but then again I have not heard of alot of things this administration has allowed!! But it cannot be right. Tell him to find a labor lawyer and sue the BASTA*TS
