Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
my principal had his secretary sign my name to leave papers...she did include her initials after but did so without my permission. My pay is getting docked because the prinicpal agreed to sick time but had secretary fill out leave papers as personal time behind my back.

Signing someone else's signature without their permission is forgery. It is a criminal offense. If she did it under someone else's direction, he is just as culpable as a co-conspirator.
