I sub at a private school and was paid for only 2 days of the 3 days that I worked. How do I get my check for 8 hours that is due me.

You should send a demand letter, certified mail, return receipt requested. Provide copies of any documentation showing the days worked and any payment received. If this is unsuccessful, you can file a small claims suit.
