i recently quit my job without notice do to stress and fatigue over the hours worked 55 hrs per week on salary without overtime pay.my last check was not for a full weeks salary i left with1.5 days left in my work week.i was told one week vacation after one year i was not paid for the weeks vacation after i left.i had been with the co 16 years and was scheduled to take vacation in june.do they owe me the remainder of my salary plus vacation pay.

Louisiana's Wage Payment statute requires that you be paid all wages, including unpaid vacation time, on or before the next regular payday, or within 15 days, whichever is greater. If not, toucan file suit for the wages (and vacation), penalties, and attorneys fees.
AND, you may be owed overtime......
