Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

I am required to be on my first job by 8:00 am. The issue is I do not know where that is until logging into my company computer and pulling my work orders for the day. I do not get paid until 8:00am. I also drive a company vehicle. Should there be compensation for the time spent looking up and commuting to the jobsite. Drve time can vary by 45 min to and hour.

You do not get compensation for getting to work. If your job requires you to drive from job site to job site during the work day then you are either compensated for the time or mileage.
