I am a salaried employee who is required to work approximately 67 hours per week, but paid for 40 hours per week. Is this legal?

You need to answer Mr. Demmons' questions. Some people work in jobs that do not require overtime pay. Being salaried does not automatically mean no overtime pay.

Depends on a lot of things - what is your job? How much is your salary? What is your profession?
