Can you sue your employer if your work area is too hot and you faint and get a concussion?

Normally, you would be limited by Worker's Compensation. There are very few cases where an employee can sue an employer outside of Worker's Compensation Court and those cases involve things like gross negligence on the part of the employer. My advice is to speak to a Worker's Comp lawyer in your area. There are probably several listed on Law Guru.
