can i sue my employer?i missed work for a week a notified my emplyer that i was sick and i had a doctors note to be off work for a week i tried to return the following week and my supervisor told me that she replaced me and i called and left messages for her to return my call for two weeks.two weeks later i receive a pink slip in the amil stating that i voluntary quit.what can i do ifelt lik i did everything

Unfortunately, Louisiana is a right to fire state. The employer does not have to have a reason. You may still be eligible for unemPloyment compensation.
