Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

I am suffering the effects of long term exposure to binge alcohol consumption -blackout, memory loss, depression, anxiety...... My symptoms manifested themselves after several years of drinking with my boss outside of work and at my or his own expense. My boss instigated and encouraged he and I having drinks after work and partying that involved heavy alcohol consumption. This past spring after more than a year of these symptoms, I attempted to quit my job and was let go by the company. Can I sue my former employer for my health issues and eventual dismissal by the company?

You can sue anyone for anything. That is the problem with the U.S. today. Do you really want people to think you have no mind of your own?
