Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
I am a truck driver of 23 years accident free. 14 years with current employer with a stack of safety awards for being accident free. I was involved in a wreck 2 weeks ago where no one was ticked but the other driver was injured. Today my company calls and fires me. I feel this is wrongful termination! Should I get a lawyer? Do you think I have a case?

I do not believe you have a cause of action for wrongful termination.
