video cameras in workplace
can some one be fired for theft of coworker property in the work place? and or is it miconduct at work.

In Louisiana you are hired at will, unless you have a specific employment contract, which means you can be terminated for any reason except age, gender or race discrimination. Certainly committing a crime would seem to be a valid reason that might deny you your unemployment compensation.
