Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
I work for a logistics/safety company. We are paid a day rate for the days we work, lately they've picked up contract that requires drug and alcohol testing more frequently, so now they set it up on our suppose to be off days and don't want to pay us for that day. Is this legal? The company is located in Louisiana.
