Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
If you already work a position at work is it illegal to have to reply for the same position again because, they only change my job title but it's the same job?

Unless you have an employment contract, yes it perfectly legal. Louisiana is an at-will employment state and you have no right to force your employer to keep you in any particular position or to keep you on board as an employee at all, so long as the employer is not discriminating against you based on what the law calls a "suspect classification", such as race, gender, national origin, religion, age, or sex.
