I got off work at Racetrac a a man I'm dating met me their to pay for gas in my car. Today I received a write up stating that I was begging customers for gas money.what they didn't know is I was dating the nan and I received a write up over false judgment do I have a case

You have the right to dispute the write-up but because this is a right to hire/fire state-there is little else you can do about the write up.
