Wrongful demotion?
An employee walked in on her (married) boss and one of her immediate subordinates involved in sexual behavior. Her boss then demoted her without a salary cut and promoted his sexual partner to her supervisory position. Now she is training this person to take her job.

Sounds like it to me. However, how can you prove they have a sexual relationship? On way is to gather other evidence including pictures. If the company is a large one, then go to HR and file a complaint. If your boss owns the company, then if you sue, you lose your job and may make some money.
