i got 1 month behind on my apartment lease 2 yrs ago.i have since signed 2 one yr leases and no one has ask me to pay that month. the apartments have recently been sold.will i owe the new owner
that months rent?

No. The new landlord was not a party to that earlier lease. You should know, however, that the new landlord has the right to evict you without notice unless your lease is recorded in the public record.
