Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana
I want my 19 year old son to move out of my home (sole name on deed) but he has refused. I was informed I had to legally evict him. He pays no rent and does not contribute to the household. I live in Louisiana. What is the process?

Give him a date to be gone and tell him if he does not leave, you will call the police and have him arrested for trespassing. He has no right to be there except the right that you give him. Then if he does not leave call the police and have him charged with failing to leave after being requested to leave.
