Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana
I own a double in New Orleans, LA. Each side has a driveway. One tenant has had a car parked in the driveway for several months. The car is not running and two of the tires are flat. I have repeatedly asked them to move the car or have it towed away. They will not do anything about the car. It does not look good in the neighborhood to have this car just sitting in the driveway with flat tires. What can I do to get them to remove it from my property?

Depending in the lease, it very well may be a lease violation. You may be able to terminate the agreement.
