Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana
We Evicted a tennant from a farm lease because he was arrested and convicted of having stolen (felony) property on land. Now he wants to sue for loss of lease and future crops revenue. Also it was a verbal lease.

A verbal lease is month to month. If you provided notice and evicted him in court, he does not have an action. Only crops which were already planted would be recoverable if he was entitled to compensation because eviction was improperly done.
