Re: eviction
It is too late to fight the eviction, unless you can show some fraud or ill practice committed by the landlord in obtaining the eviction. If the landlord did commit a fraud or ill practice, you can petition the court to set aside the eviction.
Among the things you will have to prove is that you gave the landlord notice in writing and gave him your new address in writing pior to vacating. If you can't show that you sent those in writing, you will not have even a slight chance of revisiting that eviction.
Assuming you can't set aside the eviction, I presume that you discovered this while reviewing your credit record. If it is your credit record that you really wish to address, you may be happy to know that you have the right to place an explanation on any black mark on your credit record. It will not remove the blemish, but it will place your explanation next to it and it will show that you take your responsibilities seriously. The credit reporting agency will have instructions for you on how to do that. That may be the path of least resistance for you in this matter.
