Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

I have a friend that has lived in a Mobile Home Park for 16 years..She was told the park will be shutting down and she was given 30 days to move her mobile home...Is this legal????

It appears from your question that your friend is renting a space to put her home on. The owner of the land can do what they want as long as notice is provided.
