Louisiana self storage law section (6) states that"The sale or other disposition of
moveable property shall take place not sooner than ten days following publication as
required herein." The sale ad was published August 18, 2013 and the sale date is
August 27, 2013. The manager said that the publication date is included in the ten days, but according to the word "following," the sale date should not be earlier than
August 28, 2013. Would it be correct to say that this would be in violation of the state
law?
