luxury apartment problem
can I break my lease because there is a street light outside my bedroom window that never shuts off? I am paying a lot of money to live here, it is supposed to be a luxury apt. it is the only light on the property that is that close to the building

No. Having a light outside your window would not be something that makes the property unfit to live in. If it bothers you that much, perhaps you should simply ask the landlord to move to another apartment.
